  3. Any candidate over the age of 30 who is invited to become a member is admitted as an Associate member.
  4. When determined by the Board of Governors to be required, the amount assessed to an Associate member is normally a third of the amount assessed to a Regular member.
  5. Associate and Senior members are normally charged an amount for Food Minimum that is half of that charged to Regular members.
  6. A Junior member receives a 10% credit towards the Initiation Fee for every year of membership prior to becoming an Associate member.
  7. An Associate member receives a 10% credit towards the Leasehold Transfer Fee for every year of membership prior to assuming a leasehold (and thereby becoming a Regular member).
  8. A sublease fee is charged to a Regular Member who subleases to a nonmember (refer to Article VII, Section 6 of the Bylaws for subleasing procedures and requirements).
